Select the product you want to purchase then click on add to cart- Go to cart and click on Buy now, once you will click on buy now, next you will have to enter your address and then continue for the payment. Once you will complete the payment. You will get a notification of successful payment and order. Also you will receive Email/SMS notification on registered email id and on verified phone number.

You request for replacement of the product purchased from MT. Replacement can be done in the following cases; - Blank CD/DVD - Unsupportive Software for the product - Technical Defect/Damage. - Wrong Product
Here’s how you can raise a replacement request in few simple steps: 1. Create a replacement request - Login to MT - Go to My orders - Choose the product/item you wish to replace. - Fill in the details - Choose Replacement Request 2. Pickup arranged - Once replacement request has been approved, the originally delivered item/product will be picked up. 3. Replacement Initiated -Replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up.
If the pin code of the new address is serviceable for pick up, the address can be changed while creating the replacement. The address cannot be changed in case new address is not serviceable
The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver in the next business day in case you miss a delivery.You can check your SMS/Email for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again.
Couriers make sure that the delivery is reattempted the next working day if you cannot collect your order.
